• 15 to 20 minute call to discuss your tax situation and provide initial guidance
• Free of charge
• Please send an e-mail to David@BelgianTaxAssistance.be and already include the following information:

i. Your family situation and place where you (and your family, if applicable) are currently residing (+ possible upcoming change in residency)

ii. Your employment situation:

• employee or remunerated director
• country where your company is located
• countries in which you perform your services

iii. To which social security system are you currently affiliated?

iv. Are you benefitting (or do you wish to benefit) from the Belgian special tax regime for income taxpayers

• Client acceptance process

• Drafting of an engagement letter (including services and fees)
• Signing of engagement letter
• Service delivery and possible additional services (after written confirmation from client)
• Invoicing
